Homeschool Science Days: Nocturnal Animals – No Registration

Bring your homeschool groups outside for hands-on science designed for all ages. Two programs are designed just for homeschoolers. They are called Homeschool Science Days and Homeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES.

Homeschool Science Days are station-based with various fun, educational activities. These are drop in programs that begin at 10 am and go to noon. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:30 in order to have time to enjoy the activities.

Dress for the weather. This program will be entirely outdoors, rain or shine.   There is a chance that participants may get muddy.

At least one adult must be present with each homeschool group.

Registration is no longer needed for the homeschool educational series.

Nocturnal Animals
WHoooo stays up all night and sleeps all day? Nocturnal animals, like owls, that’s whoooo! Bring your diurnal homeschoolers out to the park to learn about the critters that only come out at night through games, crafts and educational activities. Arrive no later than 11:30.
