Sealed bids will be received by the Park Board of Commissioners for the Greene County Park District as provided in this notice for the construction of the Caesar Ford Campground – Phase 3. Questions may be directed to Larry Rancour, Schorr Architects, Inc., at lrancour@schorrarchitects.com.
Bid documents will be made available for a non-refundable purchase from: DC Reprographics, 1254 Courtland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201, at their website (www.dcplanroom.com). Plans are available for review at no charge at the Greene County Parks and Trails District Office and at Schorr Architects, Inc. during regular business hours.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Park Boad of Commissioner’s – Greene County Park District, ATTN: Richard Kharman, Director, at 635 Dayton-Xenia Road Xenia, Ohio 45385 and plainly marked on the outside “Caesar Ford Campground – Phase 3”. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time July 16, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Caesar Ford Campground Pavilion, 210 South Stringtown, Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385 on June 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. A response to this Public Notice should not be construed as a contract nor indicate any kind of commitment from the Greene County Park District. The bid does not commit the Greene County Park District to pay for the costs incurred in the submission of a response to this Public Notice or for any costs incurred to the execution of the final contract.
