Managing Backyard Invasives – Spring Wildflowers

May 20, 2023 at 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

This program is presented in partnership with Ohio State University Extension.

Do you know what plants are growing in your yard? In our backyards, invasive plant species alter the ecosystem by crowding out our native plants that support pollinators and birds.

Spring is wildflower season in Ohio’s forests, but invasive plants threaten their survival. Join us for a workshop on identifying and removing spring invasives and help wildflowers thrive.

The class will include a hands-on work session and lunch will be provided afterwards.
