Wiggle Worm Preschool Fishing Derby

Free| Memories are created through experiences and what better experience can you have with your Wiggle Worm (ages 2-5) than trying your hand at fishing…in the big pond!
That’s right, our littlest of fishermen (and women) will be having their own fishing derby at Phillip’s Park. The pond will be stocked specifically for the derby, all you need to bring is a chair, fishing pole, tackle and extra bait. Greene County Parks & Trails will provide 1 container of worms for each preschooler fishing. Don’t worry, we will have staff on hand if the fish swallows the hook, if the child catches a tree bass or if the fishing line gets broken. All kids will be winners and will leave with a prize. Additional prizes will be awarded for the largest fish caught and the most fish caught. A snack and a drink will be provided to each child fishing. For more information call (937) 562-6440. |
