DESCRIPTION:Stress differs for everyone\, and it is unrealistic to think we can live without stress.  Incorporating humor and laughter can lighten your load mentally and induce physical changes in your body. \nLaura Halladay\, NDTR\, Family & Consumer Sciences Educator\, Ohio State University Extension\, Greene County\, will be joining us at the Fairgrounds Rec. Center Park to present information in reference to the topic of “Humor & Stress”.  Learn more about the positive benefits and ways of embracing humor and laughter in your daily life! \nLaura will present helpful information and answer questions on the topic(s) of humor and stress.  Please join us at the park to learn more about humor and share a few laughs. \nPicnic tables are available.  Please bring a chair or blanket for your comfort. \nThis is a FREE program.
