DESCRIPTION:Nocturnal Animals\nYour homeschoolers will learn about the creatures of the night by “becoming” a bat\, using their other senses BESIDES sight\, and even meeting an owl. \nHomeschool Science Days are station-based with various fun\, educational activities. These are drop in programs that begin at 10 am and go to noon. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:30 in order to have time to enjoy the activities.

DESCRIPTION:DISCOVERY HIKE: Spiders\nCrawl over to Spring Lakes Park to look for long-jawed orb weavers\, garden spiders\, jumping spiders and more on a hike through different habitats where these helpful creatures live. \nHomeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES  last one hour and cover seasonal topics such as wildflowers\, habitats\, animal tracking and more.There is a maximum number of 50 participants per hike time. Groups will then be divided into smaller sizes depending on staff and volunteer availability.
