SUMMARY:Homeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKE: Wetlands - No Registration
DESCRIPTION:Bring your homeschool groups outside for hands-on science designed for all ages. Two programs are designed just for homeschoolers. They are called Homeschool Science Days and Homeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES. \nHomeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES last 90 minutes and cover seasonal topics such as wildflowers\, habitats\, animal tracking and more.  These discovery hikes are guided and will leave promptly at 10 am.  Late guests will have to catch up.  The hikes end at 11:30 am. \nDress for the weather. This program will be entirely outdoors\, rain or shine.   There is a chance that participants may get muddy. \nAt least one adult must be present with each homeschool group. \nRegistration is no longer needed for the homeschool educational series. \n\n\n\nDISCOVERY HIKE: Wetlands – Cemex Reserve\nWhat are the wetlands? What is a reserve? Why are they important? Your homeschoolers will learn these answers and so much more as they explore on of Greene County’s hidden gems. Starts at 10am sharp. If you’re late\, go find us.

DESCRIPTION:Toad-ally Together is back for another year!  This fun series of programs\, partnered by Greene County Parks & Trails and GCBDD\, is designed to bring kids and families of all abilities together to have fun in our backyard! Geared towards children ages 2 & up and of all abilities.\nThese are drop in programs\, you do not have to stay for the full 2 hours.  An adult or guardian is required to stay during the program. \nThis is a FREE event\, registration requested but not required\, walk-ins welcome \n\n\n\nNerf Night\nGreene County Parks & Trails will be joining Greene County Board of Developmental Disabilities for an exciting Nerf battle! Bring along your Nerf guns and your competitive nature as we battle it out to determine the ultimate winner…just kidding\, we are there to have fun. Eye wear is required\, please mark your nerf bullets. We cannot guarantee you will leave with the ones you brought. This is a FREE event; no registration is required. People of all abilities are encouraged to join!
