SUMMARY:Casting Comrades Fishing Derby for Veterans - Registration Required
DESCRIPTION:Join Greene County Parks & Trails\, along with Greene County Veterans Association\, for a fishing derby fit for our heroes. \nIf you are a veteran or a current service member\, you are invited for a morning of fishing at Spring Lakes Park where you will attempt to catch the BIG ONE!  At minimum\, you could leave with some good stories. \nPrizes will be awarded for the most fish caught and the largest fish caught. \n9 – 9:30 check-in\n9:30a – 11 am — Fishing Derby\n11:30 am — Prizes \nYou must have your own fishing equipment to participate; we will provide 1 container of worms per registrant.  You are encouraged to bring along additional worms as well as drinks and snacks to enjoy.

SUMMARY:Night Ride: Xenia Station to Cedarville - No Registration
DESCRIPTION:Join the GCP&T Trail Sentinels for a moonlight ride along the region’s bike trails. GCP&T Trail Sentinels are an elite volunteer group who patrol the trails and coordinate several cycling events.\nNight Rides are free and leave Xenia Station at 7 PM\, finishing around 9 PM. The average speed of the ride is 10 – 13 MPH. \nAll night riders must:\nBe 18 and older\nWear a helmet and have lights on their bikes\nHave bike repair items \n– Rides will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. \n***And let’s be real…these rides are for ice cream 🙂
