DESCRIPTION:DISCOVERY HIKE: Spiders\nCrawl over to Spring Lakes Park to look for long-jawed orb weavers\, garden spiders\, jumping spiders and more on a hike through different habitats where these helpful creatures live. \nHomeschool Science Days DISCOVERY HIKES  last one hour and cover seasonal topics such as wildflowers\, habitats\, animal tracking and more.There is a maximum number of 50 participants per hike time. Groups will then be divided into smaller sizes depending on staff and volunteer availability.

Put on your costume and join us for a ‘Halloween of a good time’ in the park! As we combine a dance party and trunk or treat in one event! So come on out and plan to have some fun! \n  \nGreene Grasshoppers \nGeared towards our kiddos 6-9 years old\, Greene Grasshoppers is a monthly program where they get have nothing but FUN in our parks. \nWith these station-based programs\, kids will experience a different topic each month. \nGreene Grasshoppers is FREE to attend and no registration is necessary\, they typically run from 6-8 pm until the fall.  You can come anytime during the two hours as long as you leave time to complete everything. \nNo Registration Required
